Q: Can I meet you first?
A: Yes, before your pet is taken out I will arrive at your house for a consultation and to meet your dog and to spend a little bit of time with them and to find out its needs and requirements.
Q: Are you insured?
A: Yes I am insured, on meeting you and your pet for the first time I will bring my insurance and all other relevant information with me.
Q: Are you police checked?
A: Yes I have been vetted and carry a disclosure Scotland form which I will have with me on our first meeting.
Q: Where will my dog be walked?
A: Your dog will be walked in a park in Glasgow’s Southside in a safe and controlled environment.
Q: How long does a walk last?
A: Generally a walk between Monday to Friday will last 50-60mins and a Saturday walk between 90-120mins in Glasgow
Q: How much do you normally charge?
A: In the menu there is a part which details all the costs and services I provide
Q: How would I know if my pet would like it?
A: After consultation if you are happy for your pet to come out with me. On there first walk with the rest of my four legged companions it will be free for your pet. I will assess your pet to see if they are happy and comfortable coming out with me and the rest of my furry friends.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you do not wish me to take your pet out please give me at least a days notice. However if you fail to do this please let me know in the morning before I pick your pet up. There are no penalty fees for cancellations.
Q: Do you do any other services apart from dog walking?
A: Yes we do several other services apart from dog walking in the Southside of Glasgow. Please check the menu under quick links which details my other services provided.
Q: What would you do in the event of an emergency?
A: In the event of an emergency I would call you on the contact number you have provided and make you aware of the situation that has just developed, and depending on the seriousness take your dog to the vet which you have already nominated to me on consultation.
